How are you coming with your job search decision?

I think the middle of our lives is one of the most difficult times for us. We know that we cannot recover our youth and the joys that came with it, though we’d like to remember fondly. We do not yet have the ability to appreciate the simple nature of old age – having friends everywhere who are truly are friends ready to help at a moment’s notice because they know that helping a friend is more important than anything they have on their own agenda. So, we are stuck in this time of indifference and lack of certainty. We have the ability, but are lost in direction and purpose. The energy that motivated us before seems gone. We know we are beginning a life change, maybe our last significant change of finding and using our God-given purpose of what we were put on the earth for, and maybe we are a little afraid of not making the right choice. It is a real soul-searching time waiting for the answer to so many questions. You are not alone.

I watched the video clip “It’s Me or The Dog” Friday night and Saturday. I had no idea. It took real guts to share that with everyone. I commend you and thank you for allowing those of us who care about you to let us in that much. It’s really extroadinary that I still can’t believe it. I understand Dagmar Midcap’s life over the past few years a whole lot better than I did before. That video more than touched my life. My heart now has a greater capacity of understanding and forgiving others and seeing past outward appearance of circumstances. But, at the same time… I have to be honest and say that I am angry with God for allowing these things to happen to people who care. It seems like we are all affected in a hurtful way that causes us to lose faith, hope and love. I will forever be humbled by the loving, yet haunting nature of seeing it. Why do relationships have to be so doggone difficult anyway? Why can’t we just fall in love and everything go smoothly?

I stumbled across your website (not sure how). I am fairly confident we will never cross paths, but you seem to be an amazing and very stunning woman. Simply wanted to share that with you. All the best to you…

The will to survive and thrive is different for all of us. As with Cinnamon, it has a lot to do with the state of mind and the support and encouragement from others. I suppose the lesson is, “Don’t give up” because there is someone out there that can make your world a better place.

I had a dream last night and now realize when I meet you. I was walking the beach in Siesta Key, Fl from the public beach to the home on the left set on the jetty. As I returned to the public beach area, I notice a gorgeous red headed woman in a red bathing suit. It was a HOT day, and I thought myself how hard it was for someone so sun sensitive to be on the beach. I returned to my car and walked to the secondary food stand to take my last look at the ocean as I was to drive back to Atlanta, GA. I noticed the woman from the beach returning to the parking lot. VERY ATTRACTIVE! As I left the food stand to head to the parking lot, you came toward the food stand. I said ‘Hello’ and you responded which surprise me, as most people are not friendly. They like to think they are. I was surprised how tall you were and the fact that you looked straight at the person’s eyes. Now, years later I am watching the eleven o’clock news with my father visiting from Fl. I say to him, this woman is really attractive. He thinks I am nuts! Now I understand why you looked familiar. Dreams are amazing things. I swear this happened, I remember your eyes. I know it crazy. I always thought, why didn’t I ask that women to lunch or coffee? If I had only taken a moment, I am sure I would have found you to be a very nice person. I wanted to make a skydive before sunset, so off I went to the DZ. I am sorry for your loss in Atlanta. Boy, did you have it good here! I think I am crazy, well I have jumped from airplanes for 22 years, however you need to find you way in life. Worry is a waste of time! Blue Skies Always!

Heard the news last night…Welcome to the TV world of Sunny San Diego!!

I’m personlly glad that your arrival ends the reign of Wx simulcasts sent to us from our L.A. neighbors. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t any thing personal with fritz or his staff, but the local take on all our news is better than having them send it down in Standard Definition from L.A.!

Yea! Dagmar is working again! I know that comes as a mixed blessing. I’m sure it will feel good to be involved in a new adventure, meeting new people, and living in one of the best climates in the country (so I’ve heard). I can see by the stress in your face that it will be a challenge too. You can do it! I have faith. So, everybody raise a glass to honor Dagmar in a toast to her new and exciting life. I bet she’ll make another 10 million people smile!
