Gulf = “self”

I am saddened by the Gulf shore visitors and, in general, their response to the growing crisis.  I actually saw a shot of a beach-goer who was in tears because his “vacation was ruined” as he watched the beginnings of the spill wash ashore.  This was promptly followed by parents venting  about having to change their family holiday plans.  Very few of these people seemed to have any memory of the shots networks have been airing of fish and birds immersed in pools of oil, struggling in anguish for their last breath.  Stop worrying about your vacations and start worrying about the planet.  A healthy economy CANNOT exist without a healthy environment.

It's either I go write some music & vent, or I go down to the Gulf & beat up Tony Hayward! Here's an interesting video about Microbes that could clean up the spill 8^0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8VfypUzx1tI&feature=player_embedded
